About the Artist
I remember how I used to be underfoot all the time when my parents were busy creating in their studio. All of 5 years old--I was forever into the various paints and brushes, that my dad finally succumbed into providing me with my very own little easel and artist's accoutrements. I even had a little shelf in the studio where I proudly displayed my 'various works of finished art'—painted rocks and such.
Later on, an associate's degree in Interior Design brought my artistic wanderlust to a temporary halt as I realized that my creative endeavors alone will not keep me in ramen noodles forever. A long stint as an interior designer for a major airline made me realize that my calling is not making airline offices around the globe look nice, but in painting and creating.
After years of hits and misses, I finally found my niche--creating fantasy art, painting found objects and making one of a kind jewelry.
Here is where you'll find fantasy art--where mermaids, fairies, satyrs, angels, and assorted deities abound. And--not to forget--an occasional bauble or two created from vintage brass findings, glass jewels, vintage jewelry, brass and silver wire--some of which are highlighted with my artwork preserved under glass or layers of clear hard resin.
I hope my art brings joy into your world as it does in mine!
